Biography

Costanza joined DN Capital as Investor Relations, where she leads global fundraising efforts, manages LP relationships, and supports the firm’s co-investment initiatives and liquidity solutions.

Before DN, she worked in Investor Relations and Marketing at Target Global, managing LP relationships across EMEA and shaping the firm’s communication strategy.

Costanza holds an MA in Strategic Communication from Loughborough University and an BA in Communications and Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University.
